Volunteers across the continental United States will organize and host Reid’s Ride events, both large and small, in their home states. Each volunteer host will create a team and invite friends, family, and colleagues from across the country to register as a member of that team. Everyone is invited to participate in as many of these events as they want, in as many states as they want. The Alliance leadership team will use these events to march state-to-state and coast-to-coast, not only as participants in these events but also as ambassadors of the Alliance and its dream to see that day when cancers in adolescents and young adults are routinely curable or entirely preventable.

“The Reid R Sacco Adolescent & Young Adult (AYA) Cancer Alliance was founded in 2005 to focus on raising awareness about AYA cancer and its underserved patient population. It is one of the earliest AYA cancer advocacy organizations to be established globally. We very much enjoyed riding coast to coast for Reid’s Ride especially with our little Ameila who was on her first ride in Florida. Thank you so much for the most generous $5,000 Grant support to our 20th Anniversary year of Reid’s Ride. It means more to me than I can express. I am so disappointed that I will not be able to attend Hope Begins Here this year. I do have to say that I truly look forward to it each year. I hope your evening is a huge success. I so admire all that you do and feel blessed to be a part of it and you.”
