This award honors individuals and organizations who show unwavering dedication to improving the lives of people in our community.

The Livestrong at the Y program does just that—every day—by helping cancer survivors regain strength, confidence, and hope during one of the most vulnerable times in their lives.

We know that cancer doesn’t end when treatment does. Survivors face new challenges—physically, emotionally, and mentally. That’s why the work of this team is so vital.

Through personalized fitness, a welcoming community, and compassionate support, Livestrong at the Y offers survivors a pathway back to wellness and empowerment.

Your work is so important in the lives of people it touches.
